If you're in Germany, it's night and you feel uncomfortable going to your hotel, there is a special service for you, which is called the "Heimwegtelefon" ("way home telephone").
In Germany you can call 030-12074182 (it's a number in Berlin). There are some voluntaries just make you feel less lonely. We think it's a great and free service (financed by donations)!
The lines are staffed from 10:00 p.m to 4:00 a.m. (on friday and saturday) and from 08:00 p.m. to midnight (from Sunday to Thursday).
